Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while handling store-level tasks. Our company has a long history since 1933, emphasizing community care and sustainable growth.

You will greet guests, handle POS operations, and maintain store standards to support overall business momentum. The role requires flexibility across day and evening hours, strong communication, and the ability to manage stock, safety, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler).
• Climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA new hire onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Perform gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
