Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-notch guest experience while completing store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, replenish stock, and maintain safety and policy standards at our Rhode Island location.

Flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required. Candidates should have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping and stocking tasks.
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with management about guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
