Job summary

Global Partners LP in Warwick, RI is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, process transactions at the POS, maintain safety and cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist with vendor check-ins and merchandising projects.

This role requires flexibility to work day/evening shifts, weekends or holidays, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping and replenishment tasks.
• Ability to communicate guest needs and vendor concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to the execution of safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
