Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and complete store-level tasks. The role involves greeting guests, operating the POS, maintaining safety and cleanliness, replenishing stock, and coordinating with management on guest requests and vendor issues.

We emphasize a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays), reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising tasks as assigned.
