Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, stock shelves, and follow safety and store procedures.

The role requires flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work in variable temperatures (outdoors, cooler).
• Able to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to access all store areas and complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS; manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels as required.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in vendors per guidelines and coordinate with suppliers.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
