Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, run the POS, stock shelves, and assist with vendor coordination. The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts and physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifikationen

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to count, read and write to complete paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS according to corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
