Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts. You will greet guests, run the register, ensure safety and store policies, and handle housekeeping and replenishment while supporting vendor coordination and on-site tasks.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with reliable transport and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including day, night, weekends or holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock area, register).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operation policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
