Dave & Buster's in the United States seeks a Winner's Circle team member to warmly welcome Guests and ensure a positive first impression as they navigate the midway experience with food, drinks and games.

You will greet Guests, answer questions, assist with requests, manage wait times, and help teammates while maintaining stocked displays in a lively, fast-paced venue with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Read and write handwritten notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service through welcoming interaction and guidance across food, drinks, and games.
• Greet Guests with enthusiasm and assist with requests, questions, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate ticketing and merchandise handling; restock and display products as needed.
• Keep supervisor informed of issues and take corrective action when necessary.
• Support teammates and managers to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
