Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile, respond promptly and courteously to both.
• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Keep stores stocked and fresh; ensure food and beverage items meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas following safety regulations.
• Restock shelves, coolers and display areas as needed.
• Operate the cash register accurately and process transactions.
• Follow cash-handling policies and keep the register area organized.
• Be the first point of contact for guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Meet guest transaction expectations by managing lines and communications.
• Assist in inventory management and completing cleaning tasks.
