Job summary

RaceTrac is looking for a Store Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience, keeping stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Part-time flexibility or full-time career paths are available, with opportunities for hands-on training and advancement.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, greet guests at the register or self-checkout, and help maintain product availability and store cleanliness while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous fast-paced, guest-focused experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to boost guest purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels per safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and involve management when needed.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
