Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store-level tasks. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and efficient store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires flexible hours, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Pay ranges from $18.13 to $21.34 per hour, with full-time expectations and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work in intermittent temperatures outside, in cooler, etc.
• Able to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock, and register area.
• Ability to count, read and write for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS according to standards; maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies, keeping in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
