Job summary

Global Partners LP in New Hampshire seeks a Guest Service Associate to greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will follow safety policies, run the point-of-sale system, and keep shelves stocked while assisting management with vendor communications.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend or holiday shifts, basic computer skills, and physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs and navigate various store areas. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work in temperatures outside and in cooler areas.
• Capable of climbing ladders, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Able to count, read and write to complete paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS per corporate standards and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing.
• Replenish products to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in vendors according to guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as directed.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.

Our Guest Service Associate will be responsible for driving top notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.

• Perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
• You have the ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training.

Pay Range$16.05 - $19.26

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
