Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experience while completing store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and support daily operations.

The role requires flexible hours, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and ability to work in varied temperatures. Training and onboarding support provided.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Able to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work in varied temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Able to climb ladders & stairs and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Able to access all store areas and complete tasks promptly.
• Capable of counting, reading, and writing for paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
