Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming guest experience and greet guests as you perform tasks.
• Assist guests to solve needs and communicate promotions and available services.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products and services to resolve issues.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up when needed.
• Operate scanners and complete checkout tasks while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Support order pickup, drive-up orders and online ordering processes as needed.
