Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to support guests across stores in Anchorage. You will greet guests, resolve inquiries, and guide them through Target benefits, loyalty programs, Wallet and app features.

This role emphasizes flexible shift availability and a customer-first mindset. As an On-Demand TM, you set your schedule by picking shifts via the myTime app, with emphasis on reliability and attendance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests, ability to resolve concerns.
• Comfort with fast-paced, physically active work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the guest service standard across all touchpoints.
• Greet guests and assist with needs to create a positive shopping experience.
• Explain Target benefits, loyalty programs, Wallet usage and app features to guests.
• Assist with Order Pick Up, Drive Up and Registry guests and processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area and comply with safety policies.
