Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Honolulu is seeking a friendly, energetic Winner's Circle Team Member. You will greet Guests, guide their Midway experience, and help ensure a positive first impression as they enter the venue.

You will assist Guests with questions, make recommendations on items, and coordinate with Support Technicians or Management for game assistance. Candidates should be at least 16 years old and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Read and write handwritten notes.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games.
• Keeps supervisor informed of issues and takes corrective action when needed.
• Provides timely service while managing wait times and communicating with Guests, Team Members and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
