Job summary

Dash In, a division of The Wills Group, is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member in Chantilly, VA. You will be the first and last face guests see, stocking displays, maintaining cleanliness, and handling cash with accuracy.

Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends is required for this role. Preferred candidates have retail customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and are authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or completion of company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display: keep shelves looking good, stock items, reach up to seven feet high.
• Maintain cleanliness: sweep, mop, and keep restrooms and store tidy.
• Cash control: handle cash transactions accurately according to policy.
• Guest first attitude: embody the Guest First experience for every customer.
