Job summary

Dash In, a division of The Wills Group, is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member in Chantilly, VA. You will be the first and last face guests see, stocking displays, maintaining cleanliness, and handling cash with accuracy.

Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends is required for this role. Preferred candidates have retail customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and are authorized to work in the United States.

• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display: keep shelves looking good, stock items, reach up to seven feet high.
• Maintain cleanliness: sweep, mop, and keep restrooms and store tidy.
• Cash control: handle cash transactions accurately according to policy.
• Guest first attitude: embody the Guest First experience for every customer.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Guest Experience Team Member at Dash In, you'll be the face of our store, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your role is diverse and exciting:

Stock and Display: Keep our shelves looking fantastic by stocking items, arranging displays, and reaching items up to seven feet high! No need for a gym membership here - you'll even get a workout in.

Maintain Cleanliness: Be the cleanliness champ by sweeping, mopping, and keeping restrooms and the store in tip-top shape. Mother Earth will thank you as you help keep our exterior looking pristine too.

Cash Control: Handle cash transactions with precision, following company policies to the letter. Accuracy is key - and you'll ace it.

Guest First Attitude: As the first and last person our guests see, you'll be their hero! Show them that we're all about the "Guest First" experience.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
