Job summary

Dash In in Chantilly, VA is seeking friendly team members to deliver great guest experiences and high-quality service. You will stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, handle cash, and place guests first in every interaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, retail customer service experience, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends. Authorized to work in the U.S. Background check and drug screening are required. ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or ability to complete company-paid GED program.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Stock and Display: Stock shelves, arrange displays, and reach items up to seven feet high.
• Maintain cleanliness: sweep, mop, and keep restrooms and store clean; exterior kept pristine.
• Cash Control: Handle cash transactions with accuracy per company policies.
• Guest First Attitude: Be the friendly first and last person guests see, embodying the Guest First experience.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Stock and Display: Keep our shelves looking fantastic by stocking items, arranging displays, and reaching items up to seven feet high! No need for a gym membership here – you'll even get a workout in!
• Maintain Cleanliness: Be the cleanliness champ by sweeping, mopping, and keeping restrooms and the store in tip-top shape. Mother Earth will thank you as you help keep our exterior looking pristine too.
• Cash Control: Handle cash transactions with precision, following company policies to the letter. Accuracy is key – and you'll ace it!
• Guest First Attitude: As the first and last person our guests see, you'll be their hero! Show them that we're all about the 'Guest First' experience.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
