Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate POS, restock, and assist management in vendor coordination.

This role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts and the ability to perform basic computer functions. Reliable transportation is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest services.
• Able to operate POS and handle cash/Lottery as required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping and replenish products to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to store management and coordinate with vendors.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
