Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to elevate the guest experience across store operations. You will greet guests, support daily tasks, and help maintain a safe, clean, and inviting store environment.

The role involves operating the point of sale, stocking shelves, coordinating with management, and assisting with vendor checks and inventory projects. Flexible hours and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, outside, cooler, etc.
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• You have the ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenish products.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
