Job summary

The Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Foundation is seeking energetic hospitality team members to support daily operations across the Café, Welcome Center, Museum Store, and light custodial tasks in Medora, North Dakota.

Workers will rotate through guest services, café duties, retail transactions, and facilities support with peak shifts May–September. Prior hospitality or retail experience is preferred, emphasizing friendly, guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, food service, or guest services preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Willingness to learn across multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Café Operations: Prepare and serve beverages and light foods, operate POS, maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Welcome & Guest Services: Greet guests, assist with admissions, wayfinding, information, and directions.
• Retail Operations: Process transactions, assist with merchandise, restock and maintain displays.
• Facilities & Operational Support: Keep spaces clean and stocked, support other needs as they arise.
