Job summary

St. Honoré Bakery is seeking friendly, reliable team members to greet guests and provide exceptional service in a Parisian-inspired setting. You will master the POS, craft coffee and drinks, and help plate and present our pastries and light bites with care.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be 18+ and able to obtain Oregon Food Handlers and OLCC cards by day one, and bring customer service or barista experience. OLCC compliance and a positive attitude are a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and reliable.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain Oregon Food Handlers and OLCC cards by day one.
• Previous experience in customer service or as a barista is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel like regulars from first visit.
• Master the POS system to process transactions efficiently.
• Craft coffee, espresso, tea, and pour wine/beer for café guests.
• Plate pastries, salads, and sandwiches with care and presentation.
• Keep counter, coffee bar, and dining area clean and organized.
• Suggest menu items to guests and ensure pastry displays stay inviting.
• Ensure pastry cases stay full and appealing throughout the day.
• Collaborate with baking team to smooth handoff from oven to customer.
