Job summary

Dash In seeks a Guest Experience Team Member for a role in a fast-paced 24/7 retail environment. You will deliver exceptional service, handle transactions accurately, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store while supporting the team across cashiering and porter duties.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and about 1 year of retail experience, with flexibility for days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests with a smile and process transactions accurately.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays organized and accessible.
• Maintain a pristine store, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms and exterior areas.
• Support the team across cashiering and porter tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash following company policies for accurate recording.
