Dash In – Bowie, MD is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver friendly, fast service in a busy 24/7 convenience setting. You will handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean while supporting the team in cashiering and porter duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete GED program.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays organized and accessible.
• Maintain a pristine store, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning interior and exterior areas including restrooms and parking lots.
• Support the team across cashiering and porter duties to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash with care following company policies.
