Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver outstanding guest service in a 24/7 retail environment. You will assist guests, handle transactions, and help maintain a pristine store. Flexibility for days, nights, and weekends is required.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and a commitment to excellent guest experiences. Training includes ServSafe-like standards and POS system familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 19 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service with a smile and manage transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and displays; keep store organized and accessible.
• Sweep, mop, and clean interior and exterior areas, including restrooms and parking.
• Support the team across cashiering and porter duties as needed.
• Follow company cash-handling policies and accurate recording.
