Job summary

The Olympia Hospitality group is seeking a Guest Service Representative in Winter Park, Florida to greet guests, provide information about services, manage reservations, handle check-in and check-out, process payments, and resolve concerns to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Support guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
