Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Agent for The Belgrove in West Palm Beach. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences, checking guests in, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

You will resolve issues to ensure guests have a seamless stay and promote hotel programs. Join a 150-room resort with multiple restaurants, a world-class spa, and a golf course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to make an impact on others.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Wanderlust experience and exceptional customer service.
• Check guests in and register them; be knowledgeable about hotel amenities and local area.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t perfect.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff professionally and assist other departments as needed.
• Be familiar with all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and follow posting, charges, and refunds procedures.
• Communicate relevant information to the manager on duty.
