Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver a welcoming and efficient guest experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, answer questions, and help enroll in loyalty programs while upholding store standards and safety policies.

This role requires strong communication, flexibility with shifts, and a collaborative spirit to support teammates and enhance guest satisfaction through every interaction.
