Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in New York to greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will handle POS transactions, maintain store policies, and support merchandising and housekeeping tasks to keep shelves stocked and operations running smoothly.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, strong teamwork, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly and helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping and ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
