Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Guest Service Agent to check guests in and out, handle reservations, and assist with general information. You will ensure payment handling and billing accuracy, and maintain a welcoming, organized front desk environment.

You will respond promptly to guest inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and participate in shift activities to meet revenue goals and guest needs. This role requires flexibility for varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality guest service.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and requests promptly.
• Familiarity with check-in/check-out processes and payments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality of service to customers at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and effectively.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and with a friendly manner.
• Post guest charges, collect payment and make change.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Take reservations and manage room blocks.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff.
