• Process guest departures by verifying charges and payments using the POS system.
• Provide hotel and local area knowledge to assist guest inquiries and upsell hotel services.
• Respond to guest requests with care and urgency, resolving concerns efficiently.
• Support smooth service delivery by communicating guest needs to relevant hotel teams.
