Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in Houston, TX to deliver a friendly, efficient guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, help them find items, and educate them on our loyalty programs, using handheld scanners and store technology to assist with purchases.

You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to work nights and weekends, and willing to adapt to varying shifts while maintaining accuracy and safety in all guest interactions.

Responsibilities
