Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in Texas to welcome guests, assist with purchases, and explain product options and loyalty programs. You will use store tech to help guests, handle transactions, and maintain a friendly, efficient checkout area.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to educate guests on products and services.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and devices.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and greet guests at 10ft/4ft ranges.
• Help guests locate items, resolve issues, and close transactions with courtesy.
• Promote Target benefits, loyalty programs, and app features.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient checkout area.
