Job summary

Target in Houston is seeking a Guest Advocate to greet guests, assist with finding items, and explain loyalty benefits, including enrollment in digital services. You will help guests navigate drive-up, order pick-up, and app features to deliver a fast, friendly shopping experience.

Expect to work with teammates to maintain store cleanliness, process transactions accurately, and adapt to busy periods, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need or resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs and digital features within the Target App.
• Scan and bag items accurately, support checkout operations, and assist with drive-up and order pick-up services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment and collaborate with team members.
