Whistle Express is hiring an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, drive sales, and keep the site running smoothly. This hands-on, fast-moving role rewards visible results at the end of each shift and thrives on a proactive, energetic approach.

You'll work across Welcome, Wash, and Convenience stations, learn operations through a 60-day certification, and join a tight-knit team outdoors in all weather. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• No experience required with a 60-day certification program.
• Ability to engage customers with a friendly attitude.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Capacity to manage memberships and process sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at Welcome Station with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent guidance and processes.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Operate wash equipment safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform opening/closing duties and keep tunnels and stations organized.
