Job summary

Target in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Guest Advocate to assist guests with friendly service, answer questions, and support digital tools like the Target app. You will engage with guests, explain promotions, and help with returns while upholding safety and store standards.

Flexibility with hours, weekends, and holidays is required; prior customer service experience is helpful. Training will cover all products, services, and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve experience.
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following safety and accuracy standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality.
• Explain and demonstrate Target App features and Drive Up/Order Pick-Up.
