Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Fort Worth, TX. You will greet guests, answer questions, and guide them through checkout, drive-up and order pickup options. You’ll learn store tools and services to resolve guest needs while maintaining a clean, friendly store atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks in a welcoming way
• Engage with guests to solve needs and explain promotions
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events
• Know store tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately
• Support order pickup, drive-up, and online ordering processes
• Handle returns and follow register prompts with leadership support
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and restock as needed
• Ensure safety and compliance in all tasks
• Understand and use Target App features and drive-up options
• All other duties based on business needs
