Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to greet guests, assist with their needs, and provide a quick, easy shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will help guests locate items, resolve issues, and explain how to use features like Order Pick-Up and Drive Up, while promoting Target Loyalty benefits and current promotions. Training supports growth and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude toward guests
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn products and services and educate guests about them
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and store technology
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests warmly and assisting with needs
• Help guests find products, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest interaction with a thank-you and friendly follow-up
• Support other team members and maintain a positive attitude
• Promote current promotions, store events, and Target Loyalty benefits
• Operate checkout, return and pickup processes with accuracy and adherence to policies
