Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Texas. You will welcome guests, assist with locating products, explain store features and promotions, and contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You’ll help guests enroll in loyalty programs, manage quick checkouts, and support drive-up and order pickup services.

Training is provided to build confidence and performance. Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, communicate clearly, and adapt to fast-paced retail environments, including nights

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Ability to explain store features and promotions and assist with enrollments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with finding items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End transactions with a courteous thank you and maintain accuracy at checkout.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with sign-up and login as needed.
• Staff safety, store cleanliness and adherence to policies during shifts.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive up; assist peers as needed.
