Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Office Agent for the La Quinta Inn Cleveland - Airport North. You will warmly assist guests from check-in to checkout, balance shift reports, and promote hotel promotions while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires good computer skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• College course work in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
• Balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing of shift according to hotel standards.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Be familiar with hospitality terminology and operating the Front Desk computer system.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist guests with safekeeping of valuables.
