Job summary

The Museum of Science, Boston is seeking a Guest Services Associate to provide prompt, accurate information by phone, email, and chat while representing the Museum to ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will use CRM and POS systems to complete transactions and maintain records across channels.

You will liaise with other departments to support guest check-ins, program fulfillment, membership processing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience handling guest interactions across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Ability to learn and use CRM and POS systems accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication with management and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Guest Service across channels with accurate information.
• Utilize CRM & POS to process transactions and maintain records.
• Coordinate with departments for check-ins, program fulfillment and reporting.
• Support revenue protection and safety protocols, assist with lost and found.
