Job summary

Big Sky Resort in Big Sky, MT is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to serve as a trusted guide for guests and internal teams across lift access, dining, events, and activities. You will assist guests planning trips, navigating the mountain, and following up post-visit through phone, email, live chat, and voicemail.

Collaborating with the Customer Care Center and Mountain Services, you’ll ensure consistent, accurate information and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service roles preferred.
• Familiarity with RTP|One or Salesforce a plus.
• Strong communication across phone, email, and chat.
• Professional, efficient typing and digital communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on Big Sky lift access products, including season passes and day tickets.
• Use administrative access to bigskyresort.com to support guest needs and troubleshoot online issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and voicemail.
• Maintain accuracy when sharing information about resort services, activities, and offerings.
• Stay flexible in a fast-moving team environment.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn about other departments and offerings across the resort.
