Job summary

Barry’s is seeking Client Specialists to be the first point of contact at our studios, delivering exceptional hospitality, helping clients with class selections and bookings, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. You’ll be a brand ambassador, guiding guests through promotions and events while supporting daily operations across Front Desk, Fuel Bar, and facilities maintenance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for health and Barry’s brand.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and at least one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties including greeting clients and assisting with class bookings.
• Operate Fuel Bar, prepare smoothies, take pre-orders, and handle sales.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Engage with community events to attract new clients.
