Barry’s is seeking Client Specialists to be the first line of contact at our studios. You will manage front desk duties, Fuel Bar service, and studio maintenance to create memorable client experiences. Strong hospitality, reliability, and team spirit are essential.

You may work full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling, including weekends. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, brand representation, and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, including one weekend day.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: welcome clients, assist with class bookings and questions, maintain a clean studio.
• Fuel Bar: prepare and serve smoothies, handle pre-orders, assist customers.
• Facility Maintenance: clean and organize spaces, restock and sanitize areas.
• Customer Service: build client relationships, attend events, manage client communications.
