Job summary

Embrace Church in Sioux Falls seeks a ministry leader to implement and execute campus ministry strategy under the Campus Pastor. You will lead volunteers, recruit and equip small group leaders, and ensure a high-quality guest and group experience across Sundays and midweek gatherings.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, team leadership, and a heart for reaching people for Jesus within a multi-campus church family.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the vision & values of Embrace.
• Work under supervision of the Campus Pastor to implement and execute ministry strategy.
• Lead volunteers to develop leaders and multiply volunteers.
• Find, recruit and equip small group leaders.
• Ensure an excellent small group experience for attenders from signup to participation.
• Help ensure excellence of environments on Sundays and during the week.
• Other duties as assigned.
