Qualifications

• One year of related service or retail experience.
• Strongly prefer previous sales experience.

• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.

• Proactively educate guests on wax pass options, current promotions, and the benefits of waxing regularly.
• Uphold Artemis Wax standards and protocols and assist with front desk duties.
• Address guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area, upholding brand cleanliness and hygiene.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and share product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
