Artemis Wax Center is seeking a guest service/sales associate to warmly greet guests and understand their skincare goals. You will educate guests on wax pass options, promotions, and our retail line while maintaining a tidy front desk and supporting a positive team environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, sales experience, and proficiency with POS systems are essential as you adapt to varying guest needs in a fast-paced indoor setting.

Qualifications

• One year of related service or retail experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor to set a positive tone for the experience.
• Engage guests in conversations to understand needs and skincare goals.
• Educate guests on wax pass options, promotions, and the benefits of regular waxing; promote the retail line.
• Upsell through proactive product knowledge and service recommendations.
• Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area in line with brand standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Collaborate with team and participate in ongoing training to stay current with brand knowledge and sales techniques.
