Job summary

Nekter Juice Bar 8178 is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver an energizing guest experience and supervise a small team on shift. You will help manage operations, support the manager on duty, and drive sales while upholding Nekter brand standards.

The role includes operating the register, ensuring health and sanitation guidelines, and promoting promotions. Must be 16+ with reliable communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 Year of experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred, but not required.
• High school degree preferred.
• Food Handler card provided prior to employment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Extended periods of standing (4-8 hours).
• Reaching, bending, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Communication Skills.
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills.
• Multi-Tasking and working in a fast paced environment.
• Teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the ultimate guest experience and uphold Nekter brand standards on shift.
• Supervise a staff of 3-7 team members and support managerial leadership in absence of GMs.
• Clean equipment and work areas to Nekter standards; stock supplies.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions per policies.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines; promote Nekter promotions and manage coupons/gift cards.
• Support shift operations and ensure smooth execution of brand excellence.
