Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Dublin, OH, to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee a shift with a focus on service, safety and compliance. You will supervise staff, handle transactions, restock, and ensure quality guest interactions throughout your shift.

The role requires the ability to lead by example, communicate clearly with customers and team members, and to work a flexible schedule across 1st–3rd shifts. Prior guest-service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand price book.
• Ability to perform cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Assist Guests and maintain clean, welcoming store conditions.
• Efficiently operate POS system and gas console; process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, milk box and freezers; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store security, manage cash drops, and follow loss-prevention procedures.
• Keep equipment and refrigeration temperatures within safe ranges.
• Complete time records accurately and support management as needed.
